Ryan Nouis Joins St. Joseph the Worker Board
Chief Operating Officer Ryan Nouis was recently welcomed as a new member of the board of directors at St. Joseph the Worker, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to assist homeless individuals seeking full-time employment. Job Brokers, Inc. adopted this organization as its nonprofit partner for the year and since that time, Nouis has worked closely with the organization to help fulfill its mission through company donations, organizing employee volunteerism, company-wide clothing drives, etc.
“We are thrilled to have Ryan Nouis join our Board of Directors. We are grateful for his leadership and for the generosity and commitment of the entire Job Brokers team,” Amy Caffarello, executive director at St. Joseph’s, said. “We look forward to working with Ryan and benefiting from his expertise in the job development and placement field. He will bring great experience to St. Joseph the Worker’s mission to help homeless individuals secure quality employment.”
Nouis will be the first board member from a contingent staffing firm, and joins others that include Charles Gagnard from American Express, Janice Palmer from the Arizona School Board Association and Peter Ziebron from Goodwill of Central Arizona. Nouis’ expertise and access to resources will lend especially well to the organization.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed our company partnership with St. Joseph the Worker, and I am thrilled that my background in the job placement field is something that I can bring to the table to help guide this worthy organization,” Nouis said. “In this particular job market, finding the right job can be tough for anyone. I hope that the knowledge I bring at least provides St. Joseph’s recipients the best possibilities of landing that position that is just right for them”
