Ryan NouisRyan Nouis decided to start Job Brokers after he and Max became “friendly competitors” at rival recruiting companies. Now a multimillion dollar company, it was perhaps the most important decision he ever made.

As President of Job Brokers, Ryan is heavily involved in the operations of the company, from payroll and insurance to information technology and the fine points of how the company functions. Besides ensuring that business matters run smoothly, he is equally as involved in recruitment, sales and marketing.

Ryan began his career as an aircraft dispatcher for US Air, and then moved into a position as Recruiter and Manager for an aviation recruiting company. The two experiences molded him into a skillful manager with a level head – Ryan’s vision and leadership abilities afford him the savvy to handle even the most complex of situations with confidence and ease.

He has a BS in aviation operations from St. Cloud State University, and currently resides in Chandler with his wife, Rachel, and two children, Evan and Claire. In his time off, he enjoys working out, wrestling with the kids, supporting St. Joseph the Worker and spending time with family and friends.

RICK GONZALES, General Manager

Rick GonzalesRick’s journey in recruiting began in 1997. Rick had completed six years of service as an engineer in the U.S. Navy and was offered the opportunity to transfer to a recruiting assignment. He spent his next three years searching for candidates to fill critical needs for the U.S. Navy’s advanced technical programs. Rick loved hunting for “purple squirrels” and found great satisfaction in helping others find fulfilling work! Afterward, Rick’s civilian career was launched in the retail industry. He had the opportunity to move through the ranks of two “Fortune 50” retail giants while working in the areas of human resources, sales and operations. This was followed by five years in various leadership roles with an organization focused on HR partnerships and recruitment advertising. Rick’s path finally led him to Job Brokers in August of 2012.

Throughout all of his roles in various industries and markets, there has been one common theme that has outshined the others: he truly enjoys making things better.

Jon Schneider, Director of Recruiting Services

Jon SchneiderJon Schneider jumped into the recruitment industry in 2000, focusing on the candidate search side of recruiting. Over the years, recruiting concepts evolved and Jon began working directly with leadership teams, helping to coordinate comprehensive recruitment strategies which incorporated face-to-face job fairs, online job postings, and social media brand-building campaigns.

Throughout all the changes that have occurred in this industry, one thing has remained constant: People strive to find purpose and meaning in life, both personally and professionally. There is an inherent need for humans to feel they provide value and are part of something greater than just earning a paycheck.

Jon thinks about these things every day, often wondering what can be done to improve the process of helping organizations and candidates connect in a more meaningful and satisfying manner. Jon loves digging deeper with clients, uncovering more of what it is they truly value in a candidate.
